We have upgraded our online and mobile banking to improve and streamline your digital experience. Whether you bank with your computer or access your accounts through our mobile app, you’ll have new features that will help you bank more efficiently. 

How does online banking work?

When you go to the homepage to log into your account, you'll click on the login button. Using your username, you'll be directed to a new login page: (as you see below), where you will enter your password.

Along with other enhancements, the new platform offers two-factor authentication for added protections on your account. You will first be asked to choose a verification method. Follow the prompts to get a code to verify your account. Once in your account, you'll see your new online dashboard (below).

Our app is called CentralBankKC in the app store - it has a white background with a navy and orange cb symbol. Our previous app had a navy background with a white and orange symbol).

Once the new app is downloaded, you'll see the same login screen as you did on the online banking with your computer (bottom left). Once authenticated, you'll be able to log in easily with a four digit PIN that you set, or with your Face ID. Then you'll see the dashboard (bottom right).

Please call our main number at 816-483-1210 if you have any questions. If you have successfully downloaded the app or have logged into the new portal, you also can easily chat with a banker online or through the app during normal business hours.
